Scale inhibitors of SALTONIX brand are designed for protection of wells and oilfield equipment from scale deposits formed in the presence of sulfates, carbonates and iron compounds.

Scale inhibitors of SALTONIX brand are compositions of derivatives of phosphono and nitrogen compounds in organic solvent.

Scale inhibitors of SALTONIX brand are available in five grades: SALTONIX grade 01A, SALTONIX grade 02A, SALTONIX grade 02B, SALTONIX grade 03 and SALTONIX grade 03A.

Scale inhibitors SALTONIX grade 01A, SALTONIX grade 02A, SALTONIX grade 02B are meant for the protection of downhole and oilfield equipment from sulphate, carbonate and barium scale deposits.

Scale inhibitors SALTONIX grade 03 and SALTONIX grade 03A are meant for the protection of downhole and oilfield equipment from sulphate and carbonate scale deposits and the deposits of salts of Fe.

Process Technique 

Scale inhibitors of SALTONIX brand are injected with the help of volume pump continuously directly into the system to be protected. Inhibitor consumption varies in depending on system conditions and water characteristics.

Scale inhibitors of SALTONIX brand may be applied by batch treatment, by squeezing into formation, by massive treatment or by filling into dib hole.

Packing 

Scale inhibitors of SALTONIX brand are delivered in polyethylene drums with the capacity 227 m3 or polyethylene tanks with the capacity 1 m3.

The products are certified for the application in oil and gas industry.
