Acid corrosion inhibitor SOLING grade T is designed to provide effective protection of metals in HCl solutions, hydrofluoric acid solutions and their blends.

Corrosion inhibitor SOLING grade T shows high protective effect in highly concentrated acidic compositions with HCl concentration up to 30 % or in the conditions of high formation temperatures up to 90 °C / 200 °F.

Acid corrosion inhibitor SOLING grade T is a mixture of surfactants, which is highly soluble in mineral acids.

Application Area
Protection of metal equipment used in chemical, petrochemical and oil-producing industry: 

  • Protection of black steel equipment meant for acid storage,
  • Protection of oilfield equipmеnt including downhole equipment.

Customer Benefits

  • High anticorrosive protection of metals in HCl solutions of high concentration (up to 30 % by HCl) as well as in HCl and hydrofluoric acid solution blends under normal temperature conditions.
  • High anticorrosive protection of metals under high temperature conditions (up to 90 °C / 194 °F) in acidic compositions with HCl concentration is under 20 %.
  • Inhibitor is completely soluble in acid, does not spoil the appearance of the acid compositions and does not change their color.
  • Depending on the concentration of acidic solution and the operating temperature the consumption of corrosion inhibitor SOLING grade T makes from 0.2 % to 2 % by volume of the inhibited acid solution.

Delivery and packing
Corrosion inhibitor SOLING grade T is supplied in PE containers by 50 and 200 l.

SOLING grade T is sertified for the application in oil-and-gas industry.
