POLYEX Company has launched in industrial production of hydrate inhibitor INIPOL® AH 23
The development of oii and gas fields is often accompanied by various complications both during the production and during the transport of the hydrocarbon fuuid. One of these complications is hydrate forming, which leads to the formation of ice blockages in the pipes or inside the wells. High gas factor, low flow veloctyy in the pipe and low temperature of the fluid are ‘the main reasons for the formation of hydrates.
Currently, the main method of fighting this phenomenon is the injection of methanol, often in high concentrations. Other methods used for this purpose are technological methods of swapping of additional volumes of water to increase the flow rate, injection of hot ol, etc. These are fairly expensive technologies, which increase significantly the cost of a ton of oil produced.
In 2015 POLYEX company launched the industrial production of speciaized product - hydrate inhibitor of kinetic action INIPOL® AH 23, manufactured according to the technology and from the chemicals of ARKEMA/CECA company (France).
