The seminars were attended by representatives of more than 40 companies in the Perm Region.
The issues of an export strategy development and its synchronization with the corporate strategy of the company were discussed within the framework of the first module of the training program. The second module was dedicated to topics related to both the development of a business model, the use of business planning tools and the use of innovative approaches to business modeling and the evaluation of the economic efficiency of an export business model. Also during the educational program several practical classes and master classes were held.
According to one of the seminar trainers, representative of the PwC Academy, Semyon Vorobyov, all blocks of the training program can be used both by beginners and by experienced exporters: «These tools can be used by companies which have not entered the market yet, so they can draw up a business plan from scratch, and those who already work in foreign markets. It is very important not to stop and to improve your business strategy because market instruments are constantly evolving».
Seminar participants noted the important role of such training events for the development of export destinations in the region.
Continuing the topic of the development of an export strategy for enterprises of the Perm Region the 2nd Interregional Export Forum will be held on September 26-27 at Perm. Russian and foreign experts will discuss field-specific export issues, such as issues related to customs, payment and non-payment risks, and many others.
