Inhibitor POLY-INCOR® 365 grade 011 is a water soluble corrosion inhibitor, which has been specially developed for the use in oil industry in order to ensure the protection against corrosion due to the presence of CO2 and/or H2S.

POLY-INCOR® 365 grade 011 is effective for infield flow lines, oil gathering, reservoir pressure maintenance systems and water utilization systems.

Process Technique 

POLY-INCOR® 365 grade 011 inhibitor is normally injected continuously by a dosing pump.

The injection rate of POLY-INCOR® 365 grade 011 depends on fluid corrosiveness and is determined with laboratory tests.

For crude oil pipeline transportation systems consumption varies from 10 to 25 ppm, based on total fluid.

When applied in hole annulus of a well equipped with electric centrifugal pump, or for the downhole equipment protection the treatment must be performed periodically once per week or two weeks.

Packing 

POLY-INCOR® 365 grade 011 is delivered in steel drums of 227 dm3 capacity or in PE containers of 1 m3 capacity.
