INIPOL® AH 23 is water-soluble kinetic hydrate inhibitor specially designed to prevent gas-hydrate deposits formed in gas, gas-condensate and oil wells and in pipelines.

Kinetic hydrate inhibitorINIPOL® AH 23 is available in two grades INIPOL® AH 23 grade A and INIPOL® AH 23 grade V and is a solution of organic polymers in solvent.

Consumption & Process Technique

In case injected continuously into the system, pure non-diluted product INIPOL® AH 23 may be injected directly into the system by means of a dosing pump.

The injection rate of INIPOL® AH 23 depends on the required result and on the conditions of application (subcooling level, time of injection). Normally satisfactory results can be achieved at consumption rates ranging from 0.5 % to 2 % in terms of the water being transported.

Packing

INIPOL® AH 23 is delivered in PE drums of 190 kg net and in PE containers of 1 m3.
