Inhibitor POLY-INCOR® 365 grade 021 is a water soluble corrosion inhibitor, which has been specially developed for the use in oil industry in order to ensure the protection against corrosion due to the presence of CO2 and/or H2S.

POLY-INCOR® 365 grade 021 is designed to protect the oilfield equipment and pipelines, watered out oil gathering systems and RPMS at continuous injection. The inhibitor is effective under conditions of low watercut but stratified horizontal flow.

Process Technique 

POLY-INCOR® 365 grade 021 inhibitor is normally injected continuously by a dosing pump.

The injection rate of POLY-INCOR® 365 grade 021 depends on fluid corrosiveness and is determined with laboratory tests.

For crude oil pipeline transportation systems consumption varies from 10 to 25 ppm, based on total fluid.

When applied in hole annulus of a well equipped with electric centrifugal pump, or for the downhole equipment protection the treatment must be performed periodically once per week or two weeks.

Packing 

POLY-INCOR® 365 grade 021 is delivered in steel drums of 227 dm3 capacity or in PE containers of 1 m3 capacity.
