TU 2458-112-53501222-2017Inhibitor POLY-INCOR® 365 grade 920-B is a water soluble corrosion inhibitor, which has been specially developed for the use in oil industry in order to ensure the protection against corrosion due to the presence of CO2 and/or H2S.
POLY-INCOR® 365 grade 920-B is designed for suppressing of growth of sulfate-reducing bacteria (SRB), for the protection against corrosion and against metal hydrogenation in the processes of oil recovery and transportation, gas recovery and disposal of waste waters containing H2S and CO2.

Process Technique
POLY-INCOR® 365 grade 920-B inhibitor is normally injected continuously by a dosing pump.
The injection rate of POLY-INCOR® 365 grade 920-B depends on fluid corrosiveness and is determined with laboratory tests.
For crude oil pipeline transportation systems consumption varies from 10 to 25 ppm, based on total fluid.
When applied in hole annulus of a well equipped with electric centrifugal pump, or for the downhole equipment protection the treatment must be performed periodically once per week or two weeks.
