Low Viscosity Polyanionic Cellulose ANICELL LV
Technical Requirement
TU 20.16.59-160-53501222-2022
Fluid loss reducing agent ANICELL grade LV is used as an additive for regulating the level of water loss of clay and clay-free drilling fluids based on fresh or mineralized water. The product is used to control the structural and filtration properties of drilling fluids, and it does not affect their rheological properties.
ANICELL grade LV is purified highly substituted polyanionic cellulose of low viscosity.
Application Area
-
Drilling, construction and repair of wells.

Customer Benefits
-
ANICELL LV is universal in application: it is used to reduce the fluid loss of drilling fluids of various salinities, including solutions based on fresh water, based on KCl, and based on seawater.
-
The use of ANICELL LV additive in drilling fluids contributes to forming of a thin, dense, low-permeability filter cake, which reduces mud filtration into formation, forms a thin polymer cake.
-
The use of ANICELL LV reduces differential stocking occurence.
-
Due to its film-forming properties, ANICELL LV slows down the erosion of the walls of the well preventing hole sloughing.
-
Depending on solid phase concentration and mixing-up water salinity level the adding of ANICELL LV allows you to increase the viscosity of the drilling fluid within the specified limits.
-
ANICELL LV is resistant to possible contaminants of drilling mud, as well as bacteria exposure, and does not require special adding of biocides.
-
ANICELL LV shows encapsulating properties for shale particles, contributing to the reduction of dispersion.
-
ANICELL LV is effective when pH of mud ranges from 7 to 11.
-
ANICELL LV is cost-effect, added to muds in small quantities.
-
ANICELL LV is non-toxic and environmentally friendly.
Recommended Consumption
To obtain the optimal consistency of the solution it is recommended to introduce the chemical slowly and evenly into the circulating drilling fluid through a hydraulic funnel at a rate of 1 bag per 10-20 minutes.
Depending on the requirements for the mud, the consumption of ANICELL LV is up to 9 kg per 1 m3 of the finished drilling mud.
Packing
Modified additive ANICELL LV is supplied in 25 kg multilayer paper bags.
Guaranteed shelf life is 12 months from the date of manufacture provided all storage and transportation conditions are observed.
